I saw someone else do this with ribbon in the center. I don't have a lot of skinny ribbon, so I decided to use some of the SAB paper cut into thin strips instead. I think it looks like a nice soft old quilt. I think this would look even better with a bigger heart and the new heart framelits have lots of different sized hearts. Those are on my wish list...hopefully I'll be able to get them soon!
